By accessing or using Focuno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Focuno is a productivity application for macOS that provides task management, focus timer, app blocking, activity tracking, and related features. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Focuno and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FOCUNO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Focuno operates.
